Heath Aucoin is the Director of Operations for the Fort Worth Sports Commission. Over his 19 year career, Heath has worked as the event lead for over 600 events. Heath’s background includes working for the Cowtown Marathon as Operations Manager, Tulsa Regional Tourism as VP of Operations, the Jackson (MS) Convention Complex as an Event Manager, and the Baton Rouge Area Sports Foundation as Event Director. In his current role, Heath has contributed to large-scale sporting events in Fort Worth including the USA Wrestling Olympic Team Trials, USA Track and Field Half Marathon Championships, Bassmaster Classic, PBR World Finals, NCAA Basketball First & Second Rounds and NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships. Heath is originally from Berwick, Louisiana and it a two-time graduate of LSU.
